46 THINGS I DID TODAY

“46 things I did today” is a raw and intimate experimental dance film that focuses on the intimate details of unspecified bipolar disorder, specifically when having a manic episode. The push and pull of dramatic mood swings, agitation, exhaustion, substance abuse and psychosis are explored through gestures and radical actions throughout the film.
